| Invite your colleagues and register as a group. The   organizers offers group discounts to institutions that want to register   10 or more employees. To qualify, all participants in the group must be   employed in the same institution.  You need to contact the organizers by email (info@imaginenano.com) before registration and payment.  The organizers will provide a special registration form for your employees. | 
    
      | Invoices will be   sent on behalf of a legal person (university or company) without VAT   (except Spain). If an invoice is requested by a natural person, the VAT   should be added. Payment   must be made in Euros by credit card or bank transfer through the   registration system (all bank charges and commissions must be paid by   the participants). Please note that your invoice will be issued in   Euros. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful   registration. If you encounter any troubles, please contact  the   conference organizers at info@imaginenano.com. The   invoice will be issued using the billing details provided on the   registration online form, so please ensure to provide the correct   information: institution/company name, address and VAT number. Spanish   VAT (21%) is applicable on all conference registration fees to   individuals, EU institutions without valid VAT number, Spanish   institutions/companies (Business transaction subject to article 69/70 of   Spanish VAT Law). | 
    
      | Conference participants Due to the COVID-19, we are adopting from June 18, 2021 a revised cancellation policy.
 People who already payed their registration fee will keep the same right to attend the conference in September 29 - October 01 2021. The prior cancellation policy (available here) applies to their registration/payment.
 
 People forced to cancel their attendance for the 2021 September edition will be invited to send a motivation letter to organisers, with a description of the reason for cancellation and endorsement documents when applicable. The organisers will then provide them a “conference voucher” allowing them to attend one of the future events organised by the Phantoms Foundation.
 
 This conference voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. There is no expiry date.
 
 Only people who will register & pay from June 18, 2021 will be subjected to the new cancellation policy as described below:
 
 Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before September 04, 2021.
 If a cancellation is received between September 04, 2021 and September 21, 2021 - 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
 No reimbursement will be made after September 21, 2021.
 
 For any cancellation an additional Administration Fee (30 euros) will be charged.
 
 All refunds will be processed after the conference.
 Exhibitors
   Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed if a cancellation is received before December 15, 2019. If a cancellation is received between December 15, 2019 and January 30, 2021, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.  No reimbursement will be made after January 30, 2021 |
