The Advanced Materials-JTJ, Inc is a parent company of a joint venture HE3DA, which develops an original lithium battery design based on 3 dimensional electrodes. The Advanced Materials-JTJ, Inc has started applied research on photocatalysis in early 2003, when a process for manufacturing of photocatalytic ceramic tiles was delivered. SVCS provides solutions in the area of CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) for both mass production and/or for demanding R&D or pilot project applications. The tools can be used for process development and materials growth in many areas of research including semiconductor, PV, MEMS and other nanotechnology applications. Typical processes are Annealing, Diffusion, Oxides, Nitrides, ALD, SW/MW CNT’s, Semiconductor Nanowires, Nanoparticles, Nanopillars etc. The supporting equipment starts from Ultra High Purity (UHP) gas cabinets, gas panels for inert or purging gases, followed by liquid precursor delivery systems. LTFN, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki is an internationally acknowledged specialist in Organic Electronics (OEs), Thin Films and Nanomaterials Technology, Nanomedicine, Nanometrology and novel optical techniques for quality control.
